About the project:
In 2021 the stakeholders of CasinoClub gave us the task that the cashier of CasinoClub.com needed a Redesign and a new Implementation, as there were several problems:
- Users having problems to deposit
- The new cashier software would cost less yearly and it is used globally in the company
As a UI/UX Designer in this project I started with research using customer support feedback/Google Analytics/HotJar, which lead to this conclusions:
Pain Points:
- Users get stuck or abandon the payment process due to unclear or not existing error messages
- Users get frustrated about deposit or withdrawal process and call or email customer support for help
Ideas & Solutions:
- Check every user journey and rewrite and clear up errors/error messages
- Offer in-app chat solution directly to customer support if error messages occur/Users get stuck

I did wireframes for the different options for deposit and withdrawal as well as different user journeys inside the different paths.

Design:
For the design I kept the look & feel of the website and adjusted it to the basic conditions/layout of the cashier frontend.
